Music is one of God’s greatest gifts to humanity, and at Pinckard Baptist Church, we believe music plays a vital role in the life of our church.
Our church uses music to sing praises to the Lord and express our thanksgiving to Him. We use music to proclaim the gospel message and reach the hearts of the unchurched. And we use music to come together as a faith family in the name of Jesus Christ, our Savior.
Praise Team
Our Praise Team helps lead worship at our regular Sunday morning services, and may take part in other special presentations throughout the year. The Praise Team will sing songs ranging from traditional hymns to songs from contemporary Christian radio.
The Praise Team meets for rehearsal weekly; however, this schedule is subject to change week to week.
Our Praise Team is currently on hold as we search for a new Minister of Music.
Choir
Our choir helps lead worship at our regular Sunday morning services, and presents seasonal programs and other special presentations throughout the year. The choir pulls from a wide range of musical styles including gospel, spiritual, classical, contemporary, and others.
