- Mission Trips: By using the North American Mission Board, our church is ready to assist Brothers and Sisters in going on 2-14 day mission trips. This assistance is in logistics, coordination, and even financial. We are thrilled several members are planning on mission trips in the next 2-12 months. If you feel called and/or interested, see Jim or Esse Muskopf, or Chris Smith. Visit www.sendrelief.org/trips/ for information about a variety of short-term domestic and international mission trips. In addition, there is a tab on this page which will link you to the Serve Tours weekend trips.
- Family Advocacy Ministry (FAM): We are in the process of developing this component of our missions ministry. We are focused on two primary areas of service: First, hosting events through partnerships such as DHR and Alabama Baptist Children’s Home & Family Ministries to serve foster and adoptive families. Second, developing a care community team of 5-8 people who will commit one year of ministry service to an identified foster or adoptive family. If you are interested in serving and would like more information about FAM for Pinckard Baptist, contact Pam Pettus, Joni Smith, or Pastor Chris Woodall.
- Tuesday Morning Prayer Gathering: Pastor Chris leads a prayer/devotional time at 8 a.m. Tuesdays. During this time, we will specifically seek the Lord’s grace on our church and his power and influence to reach our community. We invite you to join us!
- Chest of Joash: The Chest of Joash is an ongoing, freewill offering above and beyond your regular general fund tithe. The funds raised through the Chest of Joash will be divided 70% to the building fund and 30% to the general fund.
